On my other blog I just went back through all my family recipes and tagged the several as dairy-free. Some may have cheese buy you can easily substitute vegan or soy-based with the recipes I labeled dairy-free. I'm not a fancy chef or anything -- just a regular Midwest mom. Hope you can find something you enjoy!!

A little update

I wanted to pop in and and say, "Hi." I found your blog while searching for dairy free recipes. You have done a fabulous job! Our two year old can't tolerate dairy, so I am very glad to have found you!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I know it's a big challenge. I really like reading blogs and ideas that are simple and don't have lots of "odd" or expensive ingredients. And I try to bring those ideas here. Be sure to poke around my blog a little for some great links!
ReplyDeleteI’m lactose intolerant and have always dreaded the holidays, as all the food seems to be loaded with dairy. After a recommendation of one of my friends, I found this nutrition coach named Rose Cole who has a holiday cookbook and has tons of dairy free recipes. Her site is www.RoseCole.com/HolidayCookbook
